A third generation chocolatier, Raymond Hebert is the creative force of this Renaissance chocolate shoppe. He has been schooled in fine confectionery for 50 years and has a history for crafting unique chocolate sensations.

After relocating to charming Cape Cod in 1982, with wife and partner Donna by his side, Raymond was inspired to create the Original Cape Cod Cranberry Cordial, Cranberry Truffle and Cranberry Caramel Patty (turtles). Today, these are among our top sellers for the discriminating shoppers looking to bring home a piece of the Cape.
